Welcome to Charleston Experience Co. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

Charleston Experience Co. offers personalized travel planning services, including:

  • Custom itineraries

  • Restaurant and activity reservations

  • Group experience coordination

  • Travel concierge services (depending on package)

We act solely as a planning and booking intermediary and do not own or operate any third-party services.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information via our questionnaire and communications

  • Review and approve itinerary details in a timely manner

  • Make payments on time

  • Communicate any changes or preferences before final arrangements are confirmed

3. Payments and Fees

Service fees are outlined on our Services page and vary by package.
All bookings must be paid in full before we begin itinerary development or make reservations. Additional costs for bookings (e.g., restaurants, experiences) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

4. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel services, please see our Cancellation Policy below. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for significant changes made after finalization of the itinerary.

5. Third-Party Vendors

We may book services (restaurants, tours, transport, etc.) on your behalf. We are not liable for the actions, service quality, or cancellations made by these third parties. You are subject to their individual terms and conditions.

6. Travel Risks

You acknowledge that travel may involve risk and that Charleston Experience Co. is not liable for any personal injury, loss, delay, damage, or inconvenience incurred during travel.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials shared by Charleston Experience Co. are the intellectual property of the business and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of South Carolina courts for any disputes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Custom Itineraries: Non-refundable once work has begun

  • Package Upgrades: Refunds are not issued for unused services once your trip has started

  • Client Cancellations: If you cancel after itinerary work begins, we retain the service fee

  • Third-Party Bookings: Cancellations are subject to the individual vendor's policies. We will assist in facilitating communication but cannot issue refunds on their behalf.
