At Charleston Experience Co., we take pride in offering highly personalized services. Because your itinerary is handcrafted and many bookings are made in advance, our cancellation and refund policies are designed to reflect the time, effort, and vendor coordination involved.

Service Package Refunds

• Essential Tier (basic itinerary):

  • 100% refundable if canceled within 72 hours of purchase and before any planning begins.

  • After 72 hours or once planning has started, this tier is non-refundable.

• Signature, Luxe, and Group Packages:

  • 100% refundable if canceled within 48 hours of purchase and before any planning begins.

  • After 48 hours or once planning has started, this tier is non-refundable.

Add-On Services

All add-on services (e.g., airport transfers, extra experiences, surprise perks) are non-refundable once booked, as they involve third-party vendors.

Third-Party Bookings

We may make reservations on your behalf (restaurants, excursions, accommodations). You are subject to each vendor’s individual cancellation policy. We are happy to assist with cancellations, but:

• We do not issue refunds for third-party cancellations.

• It is your responsibility to check vendor policies in advance.

Trip Date Changes

• One complimentary date change is allowed if requested at least 14 days in advance.

• Additional date changes are subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

• Changes made within 7 days of the trip may not be possible and are not guaranteed.

No-Shows and Late Cancellations

If you do not show up for a scheduled reservation or activity, or cancel with short notice (as defined by the vendor), no refunds will be issued by Charleston Experience Co.

Force Majeure

In the event of natural disasters, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust your plans where possible. We can provide a 100% refund on a case-by-case basis.
